Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sellvrix ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Seller") and Sellvrix ("Company", "we", "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Description of Service
Sellvrix is an AI-powered sales automation platform that connects to your Facebook Page and automates customer interactions for F-Commerce (Facebook Commerce) sellers. The Service includes:
- AI-powered automated replies to Facebook inbox messages and comments
- Order management dashboard and tracking
- Payment verification for bKash and Nagad transactions
- AI-generated Facebook post captions and scheduling
- Fraud detection and buyer risk flagging
- Sales reports and cash flow analytics
💡 Sellvrix is a tool to assist sellers — final business decisions remain with you. We are not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated responses.
Eligibility
To use Sellvrix, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid, active Facebook account and own or administer a Facebook Page
- Operate a legitimate product or service business via Facebook
- Comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh and in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from using social media or e-commerce platforms
By using Sellvrix, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@sellvrix.com
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide during registration
- Not sharing your account with other individuals or businesses
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or policy violations.
Subscription & Payments
Sellvrix offers the following subscription plans:

- Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and major debit/credit cards
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds are offered for partial months or unused tokens
- Prices may be updated with 30 days advance notice to users
- Annual plans are billed upfront and save 20% compared to monthly billing
Tokens & Usage Limits
Sellvrix operates on a token-based usage system. Tokens are consumed when the AI processes messages, generates replies, or creates content.
- New accounts receive 500 free tokens upon signup
- Tokens are plan-specific and reset monthly on your billing date
- Unused tokens do not carry over to the next billing period
- Additional token packs may be purchased separately
- Token consumption rates vary by feature (chat reply, caption generation, etc.)
📊 You can view your real-time token usage in your Dashboard at any time.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Sellvrix to:
- Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
- Deceive or defraud customers through false advertising
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harass users
- Violate Meta's Community Standards or Commerce Policies
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
- Use the AI to generate misleading financial information
- Operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
⛔ Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Facebook Platform Compliance
Sellvrix operates under Meta's Platform Terms. As a user, you acknowledge that:
- You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards
- You are responsible for ensuring your Facebook Page complies with Meta's policies
- Sellvrix is not responsible for actions taken by Meta against your Facebook Page or account
- Meta may change API access rules at any time, which may affect Sellvrix features
- You grant Sellvrix permission to access your Page data solely for service delivery
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sellvrix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to the service
- That AI-generated replies will always be accurate or appropriate
- That fraud detection will catch all fraudulent activities
- That payment verification is a substitute for your own due diligence
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sellvrix disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
- By you: Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
